Delete your CuberPal account
Request account and associated data deletion from DPTECH LLC without reinstalling CuberPal. Your CuberPal account is shared across iOS and Android, so account deletion applies to both.
Send a deletion request
Email us from the address associated with your CuberPal account. Use the subject “CuberPal account deletion”. We may ask you to verify account ownership before processing the request. Never send your password or payment card details.
Request account deletionIf the button does not open your email app, send your request to business@dptech.studio. You can also request deletion of specific data while keeping your account; describe what you want removed.
What the request covers
Your account profile, linked solve history and recordings, analysis results, coaching conversations, goals, and account-linked progress are included in an account deletion request. We will confirm the request and provide any additional steps or applicable retention details by email.
Some records may need to be retained for legal obligations, fraud prevention, or purchase records. Apple and Google maintain their own store transaction records under their policies. See our Privacy Policy for more information.
Cancel your subscription separately
Deleting an account or uninstalling CuberPal does not cancel a store subscription. To stop renewal, cancel in Google Play under Payments & subscriptions, or in your Apple account subscription settings if you purchased on iOS.
