How do I record or upload a solve for AI analysis?
In the app, start a recorded solve or choose a compatible video from your library, then follow the on-screen camera and trim guidance. Analysis needs an internet connection. Results depend on the video and service availability, so CuberPal does not guarantee a fixed turnaround time.
Which puzzles and methods does video coaching support?
CuberPal's current solve-video coaching is for 3x3 solves. A report can help you review the solve, but it is guidance rather than a complete or guaranteed method-by-method judgment. For video-free analysis, Connected Cube (added in version 2.19) works with GoCube, Rubik's Connected, and the original GAN 356 i; support for more smart cube models is planned. Roux learners can also use the Roux overview and CMLL starter set in Learn.
How accurate is the AI analysis?
The AI provides helpful guidance based on visual analysis of your solves. While it's designed to identify common inefficiencies and suggest improvements, it may not catch every detail. We recommend using AI feedback as a complement to traditional learning methods and community resources.
Can I use CuberPal offline?
Core timing, scrambles, and locally stored statistics remain useful without a connection. Account-backed features, challenges, feature requests, subscriptions, syncing, and video analysis require a connection.
How do I cancel my premium subscription?
On iPhone, subscriptions are managed through Apple: go to Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions, find CuberPal, and tap Cancel Subscription. On Android, subscriptions are managed through Google Play: open the Play Store, tap your profile icon > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions, select CuberPal, and tap Cancel subscription. You'll retain premium access until the end of your current billing period.
How do the Daily Cube Challenge and leaderboard work?
The Daily Cube Challenge gives participating cubers the same 3x3 scramble for the day. The leaderboard is anonymized and shows rank and time rather than a public profile. A broader leaderboard section is currently in review.
What video formats are supported for analysis?
Use a clear, well-lit 3x3 solve video where the cube and your hands stay visible. The app will show its current upload and trim options. Unsupported, unclear, or invalid videos may not produce a useful coaching report.
How do I request a feature or ask for account help?
Use the in-app Feature Requests board to share or vote on product ideas. For account, data, or deletion requests, email business@dptech.studio from the address connected to your account. Cancel any active subscription through Apple separately.
